Who we are
PassPath is an online exam-preparation tool for South African regulatory exams. We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Your name and email (to create and secure your account), your study activity (diagnostic and practice results, progress, readiness), and payment records (plan, amount, access period). We never store card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To run the product: build your readiness plan, unlock paid access, send you service and lifecycle messages, and improve the tool. We do not sell your personal information.
Your POPIA rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. To erase your account and data, use Delete my data. We aim to action requests within 30 days.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. Data is stored with our infrastructure providers under access controls and row-level security.
